The Jonathan Hibbert Foundation (JHF) was founded in 2003 as a fitting tribute following the death of the promising schoolboy footballer Jonathan Hibbert. The Foundation is a non profit registered Charity whose mission is to engage and inspire young people from socially deprived backgrounds by providing a combined programme of sports, education and entertainment.

The JHF provides young people with exciting opportunities to use their sporting talent as a vehicle to achieve academic excellence and sporting success. Currently assisting young people in Jamaica; the Foundation hosts an annual football tournament as a fitting memorial to Jonathan's life. The tornament is for academically minded students whose financial situation prevents them accessing a quality education. Through partnership with overseas coaches the Foundation is able to regularly provide scholarship and bursaries for deserving students whose parents need assistance to pay for their education and sporting equipment.

To date the value of scholarships secured by the Foundation stands at more than $US 10 million (£5 million), but with your help we can do better.
